DIY party rental time slots include your setup time. Please ensure you’re cleaned up in time to avoid extra fees that would cover additional staff pay. Play space rules strictly apply during parties, any damages will be paid for by the renting party. Shoes are not allowed for ANY age, SOCKS must be worn to keep the space sanitary and safe. 

You may bring in your own food/cake, plates, napkins, drinks. Rentals are totally private from the public. Peanut products are not allowed at any time. 

Decoration services are offered for a fee (balloon towers, balloon arches, backdrops, table cloths, table décor). This includes total setup and cleanup so you can arrive to party and not have to setup or cleanup 

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Outside food and beverages are permitted but must remain in our designated food area.

  • Peanut products are not allowed at any times 

  • We are a socks only play area. Please let your guests know in advance.

  • We have limited stroller parking inside the facility. Please leave strollers/car seats in the car or at home when possible.

  • You will be allotted 30 minutes before and after the 2 hour rental period for party setup and breakdown. Parties that exceed their party time will be charged an additional fee of $75. (please note, all party packages come with a staff party assistant who can help in the set up and clean up process!)

  • Guests are permitted to bring their own decorations, as long as it is coordinated with a staff member prior to the event. 

  • To hold your date, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit. Your final balance is due on or before the day of your party.

  • Gratuity is not included in your party rental but it's appreciated for exceptional service.
